A collection of portraits, attempts, failures, successes, feelings & the various onlookers pulled into orbit. A mostly black and white onslaught of skate culture on national Go Skate Day in Fayetteville, AR with Path Skate Shop. Before I started skating I had an admiration for the passion and commitment to what appears to be one of the least forgiving hobbies a person could pick up; since I began skating a few years ago it's become clearer and clearer that those elements are the fundamentals of skateboarding and what gives the individual an emerging new identity as well as a place in the skateboard community. It's rough around the edges, it's defiant, it's expressive, and it's honest as hell.
Big shout out to Bill, Keegan, Cole & all the Northwest Arkansas skaters who came out to shred biscuits.
